Therapy Services

We provide individual therapy and couples counseling. Our specialties for individual sessions are stress & anxiety disorders to increase emotional and relational wellness. Our couples therapy specialties are communication and conflict resolution to repair broken relationships and deepen emotional connection. Confidentiality

All counseling sessions are confidential except where permitted by Florida law. Counselor will provide full confidentiality statement, informed consent, privacy and service agreement paperwork prior to the first session.

Fees and Pricing

Sessions are offered weekdays and evenings on appointment only. The sessions last 50 minutes each. Sessions are now available on secure video conferencing sites as well. Contact us for more info at 561-889-1323 or email Julia@relationshipclasses.com. We are a self-pay practice and are considered an out-of-network provider if you would like to use your insurance.

Intake/first session: $150, Regular Therapy session: $125. For Relationship Classes fees, please consult the Classes page. Contact us for details on reduced session package fees.
