Couples Communication Classes

The classes focus on communication and conflict resolution skills between you and your partner. We help you identify your communication style, conflict style, possible hidden issues, connecting on an emotional level, becoming an active listener and how to effectively communicate your expectations. The class will offered several times this year. The first class is an online one. Upcoming in person classes will be posted. See registration details:

Premarital Counseling Class

Description

This premarital class helps couples identify their relationship strengths and work through challenge areas while covering communication, partner styles, conflict resolution, stress management, finances, intimacy expectations, relationships with in-laws, parenting, future expectations and goal setting among others. It also qualifies for the Palm Beach County Courthouse Marriage Prep course. Engaged couples will receive a certificate of completion.

There are 4 Sessions that are 1.15hr long each week or biweekly. Sessions are based on slot availability and the couples availability. They are held live both in-person and/or online secure video.

​Cost: $400 + $35 couple's online assessment fee. You receive: A Couples Workbook, Couples Assessment Report, personalized handouts and weekly relationship assignments. At the end of the sessions, you will also receive a Certificate of Completion to present at the courthouse for your license application.
